Below we have listed some of the common questions we receive. Should you not

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q) What is the submission fee to have my product(s) reviewed?
A) We offer free product reviews, with other packages available.
Q) How many copies of the product must I send?
A) One copy is all that is required. Please note: This must be a full
version copy, just as a consumer purchasing the product would receive. We
do not accept samples or beta version products.
Q) If I purchase a review package, what forms of payment are accepted? A) We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa & Mastercard.
Q) If I purchase a review package, when is payment due?
A) If paying by check or money order, we ask that you mail payment with your product.
If paying by credit card, we ask that you make payment with your order, or print a copy of the credit card payment form to mail with your package.
Reviews will not be processed until payment is received.
Q) How long will my review remain viewable to the public?
A) Reviews have no expiry date.
Q) How will I know if my product is accepted and listed?
A) We will contact you as soon as the review is complete. This takes approximately 4-6 weeks, unless you have requested that your review be expedited.
Q) How many products may I send for review?
A) You are welcome to send as many products as you wish, in total.
We request that you limit each shipment to a maximum of three items, so there is not a backlog for others wishing to have their product reviewed.
Please fill out a submission form for each product, so our review team has the information needed to process the review correctly.
Q) Will my product be returned, once the review is complete?
A) Family Review & Award Center does not return products submitted for review.
Q) What should I include with my product, when mailed for review?
A) Nothing else is required. However, we encourage you to send a media kit, press releases concerning the product, and a business card. If these are not
available, please just send the product itself. These items are not used in
judging the product for the review, but to give our staff more background concerning your company and product(s).

form.
