The addition of the CD allows for recording information on up to 10 children. This has all of the information and forms needed to extend the coverage from what is found in the book, without having to purchase multiple copies for one household. When my mom became seriously ill and was hospitalized, being made her power of attorney scared me. I was not prepared for what lied ahead and had no clue what it would entail. How I wish I would have had this book available when we experienced this hard time in our life. The author of this book has been down the road we all must travel at some point, on behalf of someone we love. Because of her experience and her attention to detail and her uncanny way of searching for answers in a methodical manner, she has brought us this book that will be a lifesaver when you need the help it offers. Let's face it. When we are going through it, it is hard to focus and find the answers we are seeking, because we feel desperate and sometimes alone. We need the help to be easy to manage and ingest, so we are able to draw from the resources available and make the best of a bad situation. This book outlines everything you can think of and then some. She covers everything from meds to choosing the best hospital. She also covers burnout of caregivers, being a patient advocate, executing power of attorney and how to partner with the caregivers of your loved one. I encourage you to get this book prior to needing it. When the time comes you will want to know this book is there for you, so you can limit the exhaustion of chasing the answers that are carefully outlined within this book. Easy to read, and easy to follow. You will find the author has great insight, experience, and knowledge in this area and you will find the help offered to be unbeatable. The program records the calories you have burned, the total number of steps you have taken, your overall performance and the amount of time you have spent using the system. This will help you log your advancement and see how far you have come in a short time. Used regularly, you WILL see a difference in your endurance, your body tone and your weight. Here are the different modes available with the J-Mat: (1) Step Lively: 3 levels of difficulty in this aerobic workout program. There are 6 time levels ranging from 5 to 32 minutes, and 30 different workout routines for each level. (2) Vigorous Step: 4 levels of difficulty with 10 music choices in the first 3 levels and 12 in the last level. There are 32 workout routines within this mode, and you must advance by completing each one as you go. (3) Jackie's Action Run: 3 levels, each with a 5 minute workout program involving walking, running, sidestepping, squats and jumping through the streets of Hong Kong as Jackie Chan. (4) Dash & Reflex: This mode is to test your agility and reaction time and to improve on both. The ability to choose your own level and to record your progress makes this a true winner in my eyes. I no longer have to visit a gym to get a good workout, I can simply turn on J-Mat and get busy in the privacy of my own home. This makes it work great with my schedule, saves me a ton on gas, and makes it something I will do much more often. The J-Mat does require the purchase of the XaviXPORT, which is sold separately. Just place it beside a child or in between two of them, buckle it to the seatbelt, and it is conveniently and securely held in place. Then when you arrive to your destination, you can quickly and easily unfasten the seatbelt and use the handy carry strap to take the Kids Car Organizer, filled with their toys and other items of child importance with you, to wherever your destination. The inside is large enough to hold the bulk of their prized possessions, and offers a divider that you can position as you wish. The exterior pockets are great for holding things like crayons, small books and toys, or their juice cup and snack holder. Now you can easily store their handheld games, dvd and music players, cds, dvds and games, color books, crayons, toothbrush, sippy cup, snack pack, or any other imaginable necessity. No more fighting over where to place their items, no more losing their valuables in transit (ok, I can dream! but it will be less likely! :) and it allows for them to use the surface to color, hold their lunch or whathaveyou as you are on the go. The generous size of this organizer allows you to pack a lot more inside than you would imagine by viewing the box. It really holds a lot, I was greatly impressed. And the nice part is, it doesn't just hold all of the items, it holds them in a organized fashion so the kids can easily manage their own backseat activity without parental assistance when in transit. This is a mom's dream come true. I love the fact that it is available in different color and that it is made so durable that it is sure to last through the abuse it may have to endure when used for running around a lot. If you are a mom on the go, as I am, you will treasure the fact that there is now one place to store the items that generally end up all over the seat, down the back of the seat or on the floor, usually under the driver seat. Now there can be one place to put items when they are not in use and you will not have an endless search on your hands for that one treausre that got away, when you arrive at the post office to run an errand. Save time, hassle and a lot of bickering by making this small purchase. It truly is a great find and I know you will love it! .. We sure do! My kids love the fact that they can just pack their items in here before we leave, and then take them out when on the road, as they wish to play with them and then when we get to the cabin they have all their stuff ready to take inside with them for a weekend of fun. My daughter also commented that now she has somewhere to place her juicebox when she is not ready to finish it all at once.
