This product is hand made with great care, and it shows in the final product. It is carefully constructed and will last through many children. Use it at home, on the beach, or at the pool.
BACKGROUND: Baby Gee’s was started by Michelle Thomas (a stay-at-home mom) who was looking for some unique baby items for her son and to give as shower gifts to friends. She didn’t want the “same old, same old” found in all of the chain stores. She thought - "hey, I can sew." She wanted to create boutique type items so she started with blankets and burp cloths, and from there the ideas started to flow. The name Baby Gee was started by her husband, since the first “word” their son made was along the lines of 'guh-eeee…'. Needless to say the nickname has stuck. They hope you enjoy their items as much as our son has. WHAT IS IT? The Baby Gee's hooded bath towel is a full size 100% cotton towel, that is hooded. It is very absorbent and I love the fact it is full size. Most hooded bath towels work great when they are 6 months or under, but after that, you have partial covering. That is not the case with this one. It is a full body cover, and wraps them all snuggly inside. WHO WILL LIKE IT? Your baby or young child will love this towel, as it is soft, absorbent, and warm. The thickness makes it especially so. The hood will also be appreciated, as it is a fun addition, and also keeps the head nice and warm. FOOTNOTE: For an additional $3, Michelle will embroider your child's name on the towel. This adds that personal touch that children love, and when you have more than one child, it is helpful, as you can identify which towel is whose. I found this DVD was great to use prior to our nightly rocking ritual.
My son will sit and watch the video, totally captivated by what he is seeing and hearing. If he loses interest for a moment, due to a distraction, the next new sound has him back glued to the video again.
Once he has watched the DVD and is ready for sleep, we then turn on the CD, which has great calming music on it, and he then knows it is time to go night night, and does so with little or no fight. Babies enjoy the sounds of nature, and water in general. This video uses the sounds of water in a fun and adventurous way, that is sure to delight your baby as much as it does my son. A great set, made by two moms who effectively used it with their own children, prior to bringing it to the marketplace. Now you can enjoy the fruits of their labor, by purchasing a set for your baby. I know he or she will enjoy it, and you will enjoy seeing them calm down in a delightful way, and enjoy a good night's sleep. Calm Baby is also bringing more DVD's to the series, for babies to enjoy. If you have not seen either of these, you will want to get both!
Fun Baby uses music, and fun active puppets to create a visual setting that babies are sure to love. My infant and toddler both love to watch this again and again. Duckie is a true hit and the upbeat music has them dancing almost as soon as it starts - EVERY TIME! Meant to create an environment of fun for your infant or toddler, this video uses a water theme, which has a calming effect, but with the lively music they are also entertained. Parents seem to enjoy the music as well, so it is nice when they want to watch it again and again as it will not get old to hear as many videos do. Th cd plays the music, so you can enjoy this when not in front of the tv. We play this at bedtime for the toddler in her cd player and she then has an easier time falling asleep. She is probably visualizing the movie as she drifts off to the music she recognizes. This is a great set and one I know your children will love. The Garden Lane collection of terry hooded towel and glove sets are absolutely a delight! Offering softness and a thick terry which is so absorbent, in a size that a baby can snuggle right in to, they meet and exceed one's expectations of a bath time product. So many times I have found hooded bath towels to be little more than a waste of time and money. Most times they lack in absorbency and they are so small you cannot fully wrap your infant in them. The Garden Lane variety is not at all like this. The moment I took it out of the package I could see and feel the difference. The Garden Lane Hooded Towel & Glove Set offers such softness one could almost mistake it for a blanket. This makes for a comfortable bath time experience for baby and lets mom know she is providing the very best for her infant. The 32" x 34" size allowed me to fully wrap my son up, so he was snug as a bug while I then escorted him to his change table for complete drying and dressing. I did not have to worry about 1/2 of his body being exposed and getting drafty, as I have in the past. The thick and absorbent terry cloth used in the Garden Lane towel is great. It doesn't simply move the water around on the baby's body when you try to dry him, but it truly absorbs it. This beats every other one I have in the baby linen drawer by far. The hand glove is great while bathing baby. Simply place it on your hand and there is not wash cloth to drop or maneuver. It stays in place easily and makes for a very soft way to fully wash baby, quickly and easily. This set is convenient, comfortable, and truly designed with baby in mind. When I inspected the craftsmanship, I found it to be made very well in a manner that will hold up through multiple infants. The stitching is firm and secure, the trim is steadily in place and the material is high quality. If anything can be a hassle, it is trying to get a sheet to stay on a Pack 'n Play mattress. Even sheets that are specifically designed to use with them, I have found to be always coming loose and having to be put back around the mattress. Well, not anymore! This sheet has yet to come loose, and the nice part is, I know it won't! Because, it was designed specifically to solve this problem!

Simply place it over the mattress, snap it closed, and place it in the Pack 'n Play. You are set! No fuss, no worries - All done! I love that it is also two sheets in one. Because it is two sided, you have print on one side, solid on the other. So, whatever your mood, you can put the sheet on the side to match it! WHAT IS IT? This is a safety sheet for the Pack 'n Play. It is double sided and fully sewn together, except for the one end, which is used to slide over the mattress. This end is equipped with heavy duty snaps. Once the sheet is in place, you simply snap it shut and you are set. Baby does not even notice the snaps, and they would not be easy to get undone for them, if they did find them, as they are quite strong, and close together. WHAT IS IT USED FOR? The Safety Sheet for the Pack 'n Play is used to safely cover the mattress pad of Pack 'n Plays. Instead of having sheets that come loose, which pose a strangulation and suffocation hazard, this one keeps baby's safety in mind, and mother's peace of mind. I will admit, I never even thought of this most of the time, when my older children
were small. However, upon having my new baby, I was much more keenly aware of germs,
and an active role they took in my baby's day to day life. My goal has been to
avoid them as much as possible, for the sake of my baby's health. With so many new germs out there, and it being flu season especially, it is wise to consider what they are exposed to and prevent as many germs as possible to pass onto them when out in public. The Shopper Topper is GREAT! I have seen the cart covers available. The only problem is, they are so big to carry around and get set up, would I use them? Most times, probably not. Only for lack of convenience. However, the Shopper Topper solves the same problem, and does it easily, quickly, and in a size and manner that is easy to take with you anywhere you go, so when you get to the store and pop baby in the cart, they will be right there in your purse or diaper bag, to slip into place and give added protection for baby. During Zachary's five long months in the hospital he survived a flood and evacuation, various surgeries, and a lot of hurt.
